If you’re looking for an apartment complex that gives you daily character development through frustration, Valley Breeze Apartments is perfect. We had a broken staircase leading to the second level — you know, a pretty important feature — and they only fixed it a week before we moved out. Amazing timing. And let’s talk about the mystery charges. They billed us for “repairs” that never even happened. I guess imaginary maintenance costs real money here. The water bill? Completely random every month — I’m convinced they just roll dice in the office to decide what you owe.
