I've worked with VacRock for almost 2 years. Every experience I had up until the last two months was exceptional. I'm not sure what is going on with their customer service department but based on my last interaction I don't believe I'll be able to work with them anymore. The technicians are great and trustworthy but whatever happened on the service side has made it impossible to do business. Poor responsiveness. Broken timeline deliverables. Ignored communications. Sad to lose this relationship.
We used the team for a dryer lint clean. They were communicative, professional and experienced. We had a stacked dryer unit in an alcove and we were worried about damage to the wall and floor when they pulled the units out to clean. They were really careful and did a great job. I’d use them again
