I never write reviews, but I am just so utterly frustrated with how my stay at UH was. Upon move-in in 2025, my apartment kitchen, living room, and laundry room were not at all move-in ready. My unit had not been cleaned. There was colored grime in the freezer, spills in the fridge, as well as leftover expired condiments.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. This apartment complex scams college students, and charges them after move out for the most ridiculous things. For example, I was charged for "pet hair everywhere." I moved my dog into my parents house a week before move-out, and vacuumed at least twice a day. Additionally, out of the kindness of my heart, I left the next girl moving in my leftover toilet paper and left a fabreeze plugged in so the apartment would smell better than it did when I first moved in. I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS.

5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH. Somebody needs to add a 6th star specifically for this leasing office because WOW. The staff here is genuinely AMAZING. Every time I walk into the leasing office, I’m greeted with kindness, smiles, and actual HUMAN interaction. I don’t know what they’re putting in the water over there, but whatever it is, keep it coming 😭 And Kaliyah… girl, if you’re reading this, just know you are the goat
