River Rock

I recently leased an apartment at River Rock and so far have been absolutely thrilled with the apartment community. Specifically, Candice, my leasing manager, has went above and beyond to welcome me to the community and tailor my lease process to my unique situation. Despite moving from out of state and renting sight-unseen, Candice went above and beyond to answer my questions and gave me full peace of mind that I was making the best decisions for me. I can’t recommend River Rock highly enough!

River Rock has been excellent to me during my 3 years here. It feels safe, is well-maintained, and excellently located in downtown Chattanooga. I love walking to the riverfront concerts, restaurants downtown, art museum, pedestrian bridge, or catching the free shuttle to the choo choo. I have very rarely had maintenance issues, and they have responded almost always within the same day and always taken care of me. No pest issues. Staff are communicative and friendly. Neighbors are wonderful and trustworthy. I have never had any safety concerns here.
