Worst Management in my whole life

Editing my previously 5-star review to say that I am extremely unhappy with the new management of this building. While they can be friendly and helpful for small tasks, they have not properly addressed many of the serious situations our apartment complex has faced. A man was murdered in our building this week and the management barely addressed it, let alone increased security measures. Since Rochelle left, it has been a drastic plummet in communication and responsibility taken for things being broken or unsafe in the apartment.

Edit incoming after change in management to Ave5 (understaffed, minimal effort, terrible communication) and recent violent criminal activity. M Street has once again earned its nickname Murd-- Street for the first time since 2011. Very disappointing, moving at end of lease if not sooner.
