The most INCOMPETENT management ever--don't get deceived by them when getting a tour. also found out there's a whole new apartment complex being built from their own PCP right across the street and literally nobody told us. Imagine how loud and chaotic that's gonna be on top of the constant EMT noise we already deal with being so close to the clinic area lol. on top of that, amenities do be constantly dusty, and golf simulator and broken coffee machine on 24th floor never actually got fixed. And constantly having no one at the concierge after sunset?

The Artisan in Cleveland is a safe, clean, and well-maintained building with great amenities. The amenities are consistently kept clean and in good condition, and the maintenance team is responsive and quick to address any issues. The management is also responsive and professional. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Artisan as a great place to live in.

This is a wonderful apartment complex, very safe, great amenities (workspace, gym, coffee 😍, secure parking, 24/7 concierge, etc.), clean, and has an amazing rooftop terrace that makes you feel like you are living in a resort in the middle of Cleveland. I moved here a few weeks ago and being new to Cleveland, we were looking for a safe, luxury style apartment that was still close to college campus. This staff treats you like family. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you have everything you need.
