Dalrock did the foundation work before I purchased the house. I transferred the warranty when I purchased the home. After 9 years I am selling to live with my Daugher , The new buyers have asked that Dalrock check the foundation now on 08/30/23 , they want to make sure everything is still ok. I am praying they will find the foundation is still in good shape in order for the sale to move forward in order to close on the sale.
